   Expected to receive a 12 inch pan and received a 9 inch pan. I returned it and it took them like two months to refund me.

   I bought this pan specifically for the induction cooker I also purchased. It works perfectly, non stick surface is excellent. Solid handle and it cleans easily.

   This is a pretty nice pan, and dirt cheap compared to most induction-capable stuff!

   The pan itself (the part you cook with) seems quite solid, well-built, and distributes heat well. Only real complaint I have is the handle attachment appears a bit weak, and the screw doesn’t want to stay tight. If they’d paid a little more attention to that part, I’d give it 5 stars.

   Oh and the lid is a nice touch (and also well-built), and not something you usually get included with a frypan, especially at this price.

   The specs for this fry pan are not correct. I was searching for a 12″ non-stick deep fry pan for my new induction stove top, and was thrilled to find this one by Sunpentown. Then when I received it, I was very concerned by the size of the box, and when I opened it I couldn’t believe that it hardly measured 9 1/2″. I wrote to request a return mail label, and questioned if I had been mistakenly mailed a smaller pan, but no response other than the site for return mailing labels. If you are looking for a smaller pan this is a great pan, and would not disappoint. A heavy feel, nice fitting lid, firm handle, non-stick interior, and induction friendly.
